Currently, the Swiss School Bangkok staff consists of 41 teachers, who are either permanent residents in Bangkok or who have been contracted for a certain time from Switzerland, Germany and English-speaking countries. Parts of the teaching staff are German civil servants, who have been given leave of absence for the duration of their work here and have been placed with Swiss School Bangkok by the German national education ministry (Zentralstelle für das Auslandsschulwesen). All teachers instructing at Swiss School Bangkok are highly qualified in their relevant subjects and are professionally experienced.
In addition, 15 Thai and European employees are working to maintain a problem-free environment by running school operations, administrative and communicational matters and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the campus.
