Documents needed for registration:

• Completed registration and student information forms.
• Medical certificate (filled out and signed by a hospital or clinic doctor). Please click  here to print out the form.
• Copies of passports and non-immigrant visas of both students and parents.
• Copy of Thai birth certificate (only for students born in Thailand).
• Two photos (2’’ x 2’’) for the student file.
• Copies of school reports from the past three years

School clinic 

The school needs a completed record of medical examinations which has been signed by a hospital or clinic physician and is no more than six months old.

Results of X-ray or tine test examination (only one needed).

Completed School Clinic Card for the student’s file with the Parent Consent Form signed by the parents.

The signature on the registration form of the appropriate School Health Representative or the school nurse.

Swiss School Bangkok Administration

Registration fee of 165,000 Baht per student

Contribution to the School Development Fund (refundable) of 200,000 Baht or (if preferred)  a registration fee of 20,000 Baht per student payable per semester. Check payments to RIS SWISS SECTION (see below).

Membership fee of 10,000 Baht per family

All fees are billed and payable in Thai Baht. All bank transfer charges must be borne by the payer.

Please note that students can only be accepted after payment of the above-mentioned fees.

The financial officer of the RIS Swiss Section signs the registration form and issues a receipt for all fees paid.

Please remit  the registration form to the Swiss Section administrative office. 

All fees must be completely paid before a student is accepted to the school.

School uniforms

School uniforms can be purchased or ordered daily in the RIS Uniform Shop (Ad 116a) on the ground floor or at the Swiss Section.

All new students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when they come to register.
