Special weeks take place regularly, especially in the upper grades, and offer students a chance to look intensively into a particular topic for a whole week. Special Weeks are either held at the school or at an appropriate location locally. Here, too, team work and the group experience are foregrounded, alongside the actual material to be learned.
The first Project Week takes place in the 2nd to 12th Grades from 1 to 5 October. Working independently of the normal lesson plan, the students will research topics on the theme of “Thailand and Air”. The one exception is the 10th Grade, which will use this week to take the International Computer Driving License course and examination.
All the classes except Grade 10 will present their projects on Friday, 5th October. You are cordially invited to the presentations.
In addition to the interdisciplinary Special Weeks, the 10th and 11th Grades take part in a Marketing Week organized by the Schmidheiny Foundation .
